6-Day Christmas Market at Saint Aymes, sponsored by Square. Supporting small businesses that do not have a physical space, this event allows brands to sell directly to customers using Squares payment solutions.
What We Did
We presented the concept to Square and executed within three weeks. We carefully selected 12 female-owned businesses to showcase, 8 of which were black-owned and the majority of which were minority-owned. We collated products and assisted the founders with onboarding with Square. We also conducted a social media campaign.
We posted several posts tagging Square onto Saint Aymes Instagram to 107K followers. Square experienced the highest engagement all year. Insights from Saint Aymes Instagram showed that 20,463 Accounts were reached through posts, 20,033 accounts were reached through 3 reels posted. Square received 12 lifetime users and 13 businesses made revenue. The event was visited by Chairman of The Gender Index and Parliament member Jill Pay & Fearless Fund Founder Arian Simone.
What Square Had To Say
"We’ve had a great experience working with Saint Aymes on the 2022 Christmas market powered by Square. The bringing together and empowerment of female-led businesses, many from minority backgrounds is something we took great pride in being a part of. We were blown away by the concept and execution of the event. Lois, Michela and the entire Saint Aymes team were a pleasure to work with. They’ve built a strong brand and business, and we found ourselves inspired by them all. Their passion, love and drive for what they do came across in the planning and execution of it all and everything ran smoothly throughout the duration. The event space was beautiful and the whole experience was a positive one. We worked great together and have truly created something amazing that we hope to do more of in the future."
